Complete the Intake Sheet
Fill out the intake sheet Here so that we know who the parties and attorney’s are who will be involved in the Mediation.

Receive Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation from our office setting forth the date and time for the mediation as well as a Zoom link that will be used in the event that any of the parties or attorneys are not attending in person.

Attend Mediation
Whether you are attending mediation in person or by video conference, Judd works with the attorneys and parties to ensure that everyone’s concerns are identified and their voices are heard so that by the time you leave mediation you have reached an agreement tailored to your family and their needs and that will serve their needs for years to come.
